Radio sat before kick off

Before everyone flames me , i am not starting a rumour
have not been on NSC for a week so dont know if this has been mentioned already?

I received a phone call on Sat , just after Kick off from a relative asking if i had been listening to SCR , I had been out so had not .
my relative then went on to tell me that on the radio it had stated that D.K. had been apprehended in London with a suitcase cotaining money in the region of millions , he was released after questioning and explaining that it was from a secret investor as a down payment and he was off to buy a player? Reportedly a Chelsea Striker?

Now i just laughed the same as you all will , but did anyone else here this or is it just a crazy relative? He usually isnot one for making up stories and in the light of a family bereavment last week ,dont think he would joke around.

It was a joke by Harty/SCR, linking DK with the Tonbridge robbery, who then went in search of a new striker. The joke was "borrowed" from here perhaps...

Actually, everyone in Sussex knows the story is true. It's just that no-one on NSC thought it important enough to comment on.
