Why do you assume he has a radio on his phone? Or even that he has a phone? He doesn't even own a radio FFS! I must have half a dozen around the house, (including 2 on phones). That doesn't even include Freeview radio. That's a point....won't the commentary be on Radio Sussex on Freeview?
