Questions For Peter Ward

Mendoza

NSC's Most Stalked
As a follow up to the interview with the Gullys Girls, I thought I would interview some guy called Peter Ward, as people seem to still sing his name.

I have a few questions I have in mind to ask him, but I thought I would see if the good old folk of NSC will have any good questions to ask amungst "can a boy swim faster than a shark?" or "is a jaffa cake a cake or a biscuit?"

So if you could ask him a question about his football career, life etc, what would you ask him?

Thank You please

"is a jaffa cake a cake or a biscuit?"

It's a cake. It goes hard when it goes stale, therefore it's a cake. There was a tax ruling on this very point.

Question for P Ward - As a US resident, does he expect soccer to ever truly capitalise on the huge number of kids/college students playing the game and break through into the collective conciousness of Main St USA, or will it remain the preserve of the audience as is at the moment?

Just thank him for being such a great legend for us. How many other players attracted crowds in the 10,000s for a reserve match. There was a period when I think many of us saw Sat/Wed/Sat/Wed matches involving home and away first team and also reserve team matches, when Wardy was breaking through.

Oh the memories

Wardy you are a super hero and always will be.

Does he still support Manchester United?

Are there any decent restaurants in Tampa, because I couldn't find one.

I would be interested to know what Peter felt was the greatest game he played in, and why?
Was Ian Mellor his best ever strike partner?

These were two of my questions already

Does he still support Manchester United?

Are there any decent restaurants in Tampa, because I couldn't find one.

He does, which is unfortunate

As for restaurants, I want to know that too, but I can find out for myself in a couple of weeks

Does he wished he played today in terms of the money players get paid, or would he not swap what he had then for all the tea in China?
