Yes and no! I need to think about this. If the team top of the Championship go up and have 40 money units, this is only 4 money units in the Premiership. This is the way I fudged the original game to work using leagues. I will have to adjust money accordingly - all money will go up for most teams but not by huge amounts - a kind of Season Ticket windfall.
Also, promoted and relegated teams will have their attack and defence stats adjusted. Otherwise teams going up will have the same stats as say Man U.
While I think of it - teams relegated from League 1 will drop out of the game. The teams top of the real life League 2 at the time will take their place and jobs for these managers will be advertised so players who lose their teams can reapply.
I'll post further details nearer the time. BTW - the next update will be imminent. My job involves alternating quiet times and busy periods away from home so don't think I've lost interest. I will also start to try and bring my Twenty20 game into being ready for the midseason break.
