Watched this last night and have to admit i felt sorry for Charlie Faulkner, this government at the mo remind me of an old heavyweight pressed up against a corner with blow after blow raining down on them, imho to coin the words from Tony's song "things can only get worse"

Worthing
QT is always worth watching.

Interestingly though, for a government in so much 'trouble', the Tories STILL aren't ahead of them in the polls - though that's probably general apathy among voters.

Good point made in This Week straight after, none of 'Brown's people' have been making waves (for the wrong reasons). Expect that when GB takes over there will be a sweep clean of the cabinet, people's perception will improve and a fourth straight term for the boys in red (grey?), so long as economy holds up until time of next election.

Mucking around on glaciers won't change anyone's vote.

Imho the one programme on tv worth paying your licence for(apart from 'Nighty Night'). Even those with little interest in politics/current affairs can enjoy the verbal jousting.
