I assume you've check the extender's firmware, via a device that does connect?

Done that now and still no change.

Forget the network on the ipad & reboot, change the password on the extender and reboot.
Try reconnecting the ipad first.

Did you manage to get onto another network to try the software update? If so, try the password again maybe 7/8 times. It might work.

Like I said, iOS9 is just a bitch. Sorry dude.

Yes it connect fine to the actual hub, its the WIFI extender it wont connect to..
