That is very good but as others have said in the comments attached to that piece, the camera work is bloody amazing.

Absolutely fantastic, made even better by the fact that I lived fairly close to Shibuya for a few short months. "The Dog" was where you met people, except that often so many people would meet there that you had trouble finding the dog. Weird to see it empty.

It was James Acaster, and that was the first thing I thought of when I saw this. Annoyingly I can't find it on YouTube, but it was apparently series 7 episode 10 https://youtu.be/F2uddAqhQf8.
