Went on Saturday night, and was very impressed.
Quadrophenia has been a huge part of my music loving life, so to hear the songs loud and sung with such passion (not quite like Rodge- but who can?) was really quite moving for me.
During the interval I couldn't explain to my other half just how BIG Love Reign O'er Me would be at the end, without having a huge lump in my throat.
I loved it- the 5 Jimmys (including little Jimmy) worked really well, and the final scene was just awesome.
But I'm slightly biased...

Indeed I do, but I didn't wear it t'other night, like some, as it was SUMMER and relatively warm (and I wasn't sleeping under the pier).
I did wear my Merc tonic suit tho...

I loved it also but thought it was a shame that you could not buy the music. Loved the girl singing it and some other small differences from the original.

It was a slightly different show to the one that started the tour, I've been told, and confirmed by a bloke walking past me at the interval, so it appears to be evolving. Maybe a recording will be available when it's 'perfect'.

I went last night in Wolverhampton - I won the tickets in a competition.

I hadn't seen the film beforehand (my other half thought it would 'ruin' the show), and I am not really familiar with the music. However, it was fantastic. By far and away the best thing I have seen in a long time. Really enjoyed it - I will be getting the film off amazon as soon as payday arrives.

Really piss poor production hated by cast and crew alike. And I went for a job in it and didn't get it :(
