Right enough, they travel in good numbers, but how can they have further to travel, they're in the middle of the country and we're on the south coast?

I was surprised by this too but I saw on another forum their average mileage IS higher, perhaps somebody can check I'm willing to stand corrected!

Their away support average is far far higher, and they have further to travel than us overall I think.

Completely wrong on travel distances! Only 8 clubs closer for us- Millwall, Charlton, QPR, Watford, Reading, Yeovil, Bournemouth, Ipswich, whereas 14 closer for them.

Christ, theres moaning on here when were on TV and there is moaning when we arent !!

The more we arent featured on TV, the more under the radar and more un-noticed we go......and we get Saturday 3PM games !!

Why is everyone so confused by this EVERY TIME?!

Sky are a business. They want to show what's going to get the most viewers. Leeds have a VERY big fanbase.

.....and TV companies love 'Arry, which explains why QPR have all the slots not taken by (dirty) Leeds.

What about the financial advantage Leeds are getting due to all these live games? Surely it must be giving them some advantage when it comes to signing players, a greater tv income to spend on wages or higher fees.

Leicester were on every week in the second half of last season and have clocked five live games this season already.

1) How can anyone get stroppy over something as trivial as that?
2) How was I being pedantic?

Not stroppy but just so you know, I made a perfectly valid related point, yet you choose to make a smart-arsed, dismissive, holier than thou comment. That's it. Over and out.

So thats 6 out of 9 televised Championship games that feature QPR or Leeds.

I can understand Leeds, they have a large fanbase so fair enough. But QPR arent that big a club and have a fanbase about the same as ours. Just seems because they are an ex-PL team with some money and some PL players, they get stuck on TV.

Can see why the other 3 games without QPR and Leeds are on TV. Lancashire Derby, East Midlands Derby and a top of the league clash - much more interesting than games with QPR and Leeds simply picked because its those teams.

The three Leeds games in question are all Away....therefore I think they get nothing?

The Feb list is very weird
QPR
SAT 1st FEB QPR v Burnley
MON 10th FEB Derby v QPR
SUN 16th FEB QPR v Reading
LEEDS
SAT 8th FEB Yeovil v Leeds
SAT 22nd FEB Middlesbrough v Leeds

Then
SAT 1st MARCH QPR v LEEDS!

Seams a bit biased to me.

Arry or Rosie should be alright then especially if Jamie is the summariser
