A couple of corking goals in a 2-2 draw as well. My Boxing Day footie fix with no Albion on and I didn't have to get the bus.

We'd have been in the Premier League by now, and laughing at that eccentric South American trying to play stodgy possession football to get Southampton into the Championship play-offs.

Tommy Fraser was warming up before the game, but wasn't playing because of a suspension. What a surprise. And what a surprise to see him walking round in the clubhouse after the game giving it the big un!! Prick.

I TAKE it you FORGET how Tony Bloom SACKED Dick Tight and that WAS the BEST thing Bloom HAS ever done for the ALBION

Erm...ok young man, yes I agree with you. Yes of course you are talking a lot of sense.

The current chairman sacked the old chairman. YES, YES HE DID. This is a common event - I believe more chairmen will be sacked in the New Year.

SERIOUSLY MATE - post something that's funny and we'll all laugh. Post something that's not funny and we won't. We'll just think you're weird.

Yes I know that there's a lot of you saying the same - I've got a million private messages from all the people in this thread who are saying the same as you. My inbox can't cope with it. Do you know how to get rid of some messages? Oh no probably not.

So who out of you lot - particularly those who live in or around Brighton - went?

Surely there was no excuse not to go and quiz one of the biggest Albion legends of all time?

The trick is not to get Dick Knight talking, the trick is to get him to STOP talking

Dick did well at the start but due to delays his cash ran out,his ego prevented him from standing down and almost resulted in the Albion becoming a non league side,in fact he became a Knightmare.

Has he got much money now? Surely he's not so broke that he can't fund the next edition of 'Flight of the Seagull' video, due out before the club's anniversary?

I know exactly what you mean.

It was so annoying getting to Withdean on match days and having to push your way past all those multi-millionaires and billionaires demanding to buy our asset-less debt ridden club so they could lose their cash just to try to keep the club afloat for that much longer.

In fact i was late to the game on several occasions because there were just soo many of them pleading to be allowed to pump all their money into the Albion and Knight was there, pushing them away with a barge pole. In fact, everywhere you turned on the way to the ground, there was another potential buyer sulking because Knight had refused to step down or to let them onto the board.
