Pubs to watch England match in?

I'm coming down to Brighton with three Blackpool fans for the weekend. Haven't been for a while so wondering where the best pubs are to watch the England match in? Must serve real ale.

Also any suggestions as to restaurants/pubs/clubs for the evenings? We're staying Saturday and Sunday night.
