It really is an away trip you can't go wrong. Just leave London Bridge on the Borough Market side and you can't go wrong. Avoid teh George though IMHO. Nice place but well poncy and the beer is more expensive.

Go in there for one if you've not seen it before but a better atmosphere is to be had in and around the Market Porter.
