Meopham, Kent.
I am literally struggling to contain my bladder with excitement.

I REALLY am starting to believe it will happen.

COME ON!

When it does happen, will the Dick Knight knockers finally crawl back under their stones? I sincerely hope so. Or will we get ...
"There are too many white seats and not enough blue. Probably because blue are more expensive and Dick Tight won't pay, blah blah "

I'd double any original estimate. Be it time or money.

Therefore with this formula we can expect a decision in April 04, if positive (which it will, it MUST) the stadium will be finished for the start of the 2010/11 season and will end up costing £96m.

:clap2: :drink: :clap2: :bhasign:

This is going to make sound really old but who can remember the advert

John Collier, John Collier, the window to watch

(John Collyer is the QC we are employing)

No. John Collyer is the Inspector that Prescott has appointed.

Jonathan Clay is our man.

And the advert is up there in my memory along with ...

"The time by my H Samuel Ever-Rite watch is ..."

:)

I thought it was "1001 cleans a big, big carpet for less than half a crown"

I certainly remember John Collier the window to watch.

God, adverts used to be really naff.

I knew it was wrong as soon as I posted it - I am so senile.

However I do remember:

A Double Diamond works wonders
works wonders
works wonders
A Double Diamond works wonders
So drink one today

My brother used to work in John Collier, Worthing on Saturdays. He was once in a flash fire there when the Calor Gas heater leaked, and someone came in smoking, in the days when it was acceptable to smoke in shops.

Sorry, all very uninteresting.

I'll do some work instead.
