Get a Wii, only £170 and it is FUN. Not as powerful as the PS3, nor does it contain an unnecessary Blu Ray DVD player (which is without doubt the new Betamax) but games such as Zelda and Mario Galaxy are the dogs bollocks.

I used to save my pocket money (couple of quid a week), and pick up the likes of Super Mario Kart, for £8.

Now, we're talking (apparently) EIGHT times that much.
