PS2- FIFA 04- ONLINE PLAY.. help me!

just got this, try to play someone and it says connection failed everytime.

im on LAN network, with freeserve broadband. i seen something about ports. what do i do? i need ur help!!

yeh sorted it out, had to change my port settings!
