[News] Protests in Hastings today?

I can hear what sounds like impassioned rabble rousing over a loudspeaker drifting on the air today.

Sounds like a protest, but can't find anything online about it and as I'm not on Friendface and Twatter, I'm not sure what's going on.

Anyone have any idea?
