This story is interesting as it shows that Prescott has now been backed up by the courts in his decision ruling against a local planning inspector for an asylum centre in Oxford.
Even though the type of development is completely different I think this is positive with reagrd to Falmer.
One NIMBY is quoted as saying, "If ministers can put up two fingers to a planning inspector after a planning inquiry, what's the point of having them?"
