Could finish as high as sixth with a really good result, or as low as ninth, if it's a really bad result.

Palace, totally and utterly outclassed, Albion hit 4 or more to nil or one

or

Palace, backs to the walls for 89 mins, one breakaway 0-1

Them's the rules, we all know, but I will settle for that and is why our friends very rarely appear on NSC these days :lolol:

There have been a large number of years where that hasn't been the case

Shame that Man Utd's incompetence has cost us our goal difference advantage over Liverpool. Extra incentive to get to 5-0 tonight though. I'm still not over the one at their place and always felt the St Patrick's day massacre could have been that revenge but we seemed far to content to take the 3-0 at the time.

Toney scores again
He's a goal machine and whilst I struggle to see why it's all taking so long, he's not let him put him off his game that's for sure. Wonder where Brentford would be in the table without his goals (obviously someone else could've stepped up to the plate and scored them as well)

Half a glass full tonight then - we didn't do enough to overhaul Liverpool, and Southampton didn't knock Brentford off their perch.
