I heard this too, if an ambulance was needed etc, they might go to the wrong ground...

it should have been rejected for simply being a shit name and incorrect.

Yes, but the powers that be have forced them to delay a year cos we threw a strop about it

In a year's time they'll be called Brighton City. So that's a yes really wouldnt you say?

And as for the stuff about experienced ambulance drivers confusing Whitehawk with Falmer. You would hope we'll have better arguments than that at the industrial tribunal otherwise Gus's retirement fund is going to get a big early boost.

With all that said, in the Mirror and a few other tabloids Monday, it had the Albion as Brighton FC when talking about the sacking.

So could be easily confused, although Gus wasnt the current manager of Whitehawk and not many people outside of Brighton will have ever heard of Whitehawk?
