I find goals against average and save percentages very interesting.

Stemming from watching a lot of ice hockey.

There is many underrated stats in football. For a long time no one seemed interested in assist's. This is coming to the fore a little more now.

I also like plus and minus stats. The comparison between how many goals were scored whilst player x was on the field, against how many we're conceded whilst that same player was on the pitch.

I would hazard a guess that a player like CMS would often have a positive plus/minus. As we are less likely to concede with him on the pitch due to his work rate. Having an extra man back to defend etc.

As I said, forcing errors got half an assist. Barnes forced the loss of possession that led to Crofts scoring the third v Chelsea.

Was at the Crawley game Friday night. Good to see some of the youngsters playing. But can clearly see why people are leaving Adam el abd out the probable starting 11. Was very poor on the ball. Gave the ball away numerous times
