Actually you're right, poor choice of words by me. But I think he's just preparing defences, in the event of failure (whatever that means) he will point to budget. I can't say that I go along with it when there's good examples of teams with small budgets doing well, and he does labour the point. I say just get on with it and do the best with what you have, that's a good test of management capability in any business

Never make assumptions about people on an internet forum.I post many positive threads and also backed CMS while most have slated him.To actually follow posters activities on here is rather sad,to be honest i haven't a clue who's who on here as im not obsessed like most on here.
I,ve just noticed for the first time that a poster called Withdean wanderer is following me around like a lost puppy,very sad people around these days.
