Gus has a league title to his name. Zola has a relegation and subsequent sacking.

Obviously Zola has done very well to repair his reputation with Watford although there do have to be questions asked over the nature of the team he's assembled, given the backing of the owners and their other footballing interests in Spain and Italy.

On paper I would say our Gus' stock is higher, but that's not to take anything away from Zola.

Whether or not their respective teams meet in the final obviously depends on tomorrow, but it would certainly give the pundits and journos a great angle to cover it
