Can't help but feel sorry for Russ, anyone think he could have done just as good a job if it wern't for pathetic fans getting on his back as soon as we lost a few games? (I was one asking for him to be given time)

We have lost 4 in 6 league games if you disclude his first game against southampton to new manager syndrome, and scrapped past a non-league side with an awful performance.

Any fans that think we are better than the likes Orient or Exeter atm and should be competing with the likes of Leeds are Norwich are wrong. Not till we get to Falmer will we realistically be able to compete for promotion to the championship with the calabure of teams in the league atm.

Im gonna be honest my greif isn't with Poyet, Its with you lot. Football fans are idiot and I made this thread out of the frustration i've been feeling from being a Brighton fan for a while. No I didn't go to the game last night as i've not enjoyed going recently and can't make evening games easily after work. And from now on im gonna stay away from the withdean all-together and go to some non-league football where the fans are there to watch the football and have a good day out as opposed to moaning and taking their frustrations out on the players who by all accounts are giving a good amount of effort and shouldn't be held accountable if someone else thinks they're good enough. Generally the fans are ruining things for everyone. Yes thats right you've ruined my relationship with the Albion. I hope you're proud.

Im sure if we havent improved by the end of the season we all might agree with him but let the man bring in his own players in in January and get rid of the shower of shite thats there then lets see if he deserves a thread like this.

Let him bring in his own players and then sack him 3 months later. Thats how we do it, I think you will find.
