Absolutely. Gave blood for about 25 years before I had to stop for medical reasons. And I still don't have any empty arm, or any empty anything.

Give blood whenever I can after my wife had 2 have a blood transfusion a few years ago.

Was 2 ill in Jan so feb is the next time and will b my 17th donation
