Reckon SKY Sports have their work cut out to drum up any kind of enthusiasm for the Premiership this season. The players limp-wristed performances in the World Cup knocked millions off their collective value. Looking a bit tarnished all of a sudden, not the modern-day gladiators SKY would like to have us believe. They’re just chavvy sports-lottery winners, and Rooney’s being s dropped by supermarket chains before he’s twenty one. That’s unheard of. Already Liverpool have been scraping a result at home against a Tel Aviv brewery side, Crouch looking like the uber-spazz he patently is and Gerrard doing that grimacing knackered thing he does and the rest of the team being dumb blonde Scandos who don't give that much of a flying f*** and random Spanish-sounding shirts.
