As a member of the Foundation of Hearts, I will be voting yes on this proposal. Difficult to see the downside of it, although there are some doubting Thomases. My view is that, given his husbandry of BHA and the success he has had at USG, it's a no-brainer for HMFC.

We are the third biggest club in Scotland, so there is definitely potential there. Unfortunately the gap to Celtic is massive though. Rangers are a bit of a state, so they could be got after easier, but all it takes is one rich bigot to come along and they will be swimming in cash again. Interesting times ahead for us, and on the face of it the proposals look sound.
