There's always going to be a stinker in there.

The positives:

It's a relegation threatened team who are chasing some teams we'd like to see go down.

In terms of games in hand, only Leicester City can overhaul Albion. So we are in a solid tenth.

Hopefully this match will cause a re-focus.

At around midday, my 86 year old father thought he was showing early signs of a heart attack.

After the paramedics arrived within 15 minutes and checked him out, it turned out that he wasn't.

I'm still sad that we lost today, but sometimes in life you've got to look at the bigger picture...
