The league may consider further restrictions on Portsmouth and a bond to secure against their fixtures. The ball is very much in the league's court.
IIRC the Albion had to pay a £500k non refundable bond to the FL as a guarantee we could complete the fixture list for the season when DK's consortium took over after Archer , Stanley & Bellotti tried to kill our club.

it s a good question. i thought there was somehting about the gorund but it hasnt come up in the past week or so. Echos of Palarse and Leeds - maybe Chanirai isnt so daft and there might be a Leeds style tuck up on the cards.

whats still not clear to me is whether they still face the winding up petition on Mondy even if they are in administration. everyone can see its not solvent and according to the above, there are no assets except some players registrations, kept on overpriced contracts.
