The FL are not imposing the points deduction until the club comes out of administration. A few dodgy handshakes going on behind the scenes methinks.

The FL has giving Pompey special dispensation not to deduct the points in the hope that the administrator can intimate to a possible foreign investor that the points deduction might be overturned on appeal once the takeover goes through.
