Online tickets Pompey

Can someone explain to me why the online ticket system wont let me buy 4 tickets even though all my friends and family have enough loyalty points but i can but individual ones
if i but them seperately surely we will sit apart?

Any Ideas ?

I may have missed something, but anyone else with >1030 points having trouble buying off the BHA ticket website? It's still demanding/showing >1250pts but the OS says:

1030 points or more online from 6pm on Friday 29th July,

??!

my daughters been trying since 6pm, i've just come home and spotted site still showing needing 1250 points, whats going on?

Why is the minimum 1250 points still showing, surely it cant be that difficult to change a number on the system, just frustration, so despite being on line yesterday at 6pm, still unable to get a Portsmouth ticket.

Still not correctly allowing anyone to purchase tickets as previoulsy advertised.

While it's still claiming you need 1250 - they must have changed something as I got in with 1050 OK and ordered --- so try again now and just go thru the order regardless
