I am on myfitnesspal but that doesnt reduce a 54 inch chest. it may eventually help with the waist.

That was very much appreciated but as you said you didnt know where they were I though perhaps some body else knew exactly where they had some and for HKFC i am not concerned whether they are sew on or iron as wife doesnt like either much so will have to be persuaded to do either
