On the BBC Weather website is says the count is 'moderate'. It feels worse however.

Same for me. Started yesterday. Antihistamine stops the runny nose, but its the itchy eyes that really gets me down.
As an above poster says, only a month or so then it settles down.

Think I've got away with is a bit this year. Tree pollen is what gets me and its season neatly conincided with all the wet weather.

Yours could well be tree pollen, that always start's in spring.

oh the pain.......sorry , i just happen to have an in-grown toe nail coincide with a bit of gout .........f*** yer summer cold........tablets are alright though ...:thumsup:

Started feeling the effects back in March but quickly went out and bought my Beconase which I have since been using religiously and to great effect. Since then, no problems at all. I Beconase.
