To run a four minute mile, it's the same as doing approximately 16 back to back 15 second 100m, or alternatively you have to run at 24 km/h (17.1 mph). Quite fast really.

so in a similar vien, if I can run 100m in 15 seconds (little legs), that means I can run a marathon in 1hr 40. Blimey, I feel an olympic gold medal coming on !!

1. 113 Brighton and Hove Bus company buses go up North Street every hour.
2. The number 2 route is the longest route - taking 113 mintues on avearge from start to finish.
