Podcasts keep me in touch with all things going on in Footie while I'm away. Here are my current listens in order of preference.

1. The Guardian Football Weekly & Football Weekly Extra.
2. 5Live Football Daily (especially Monday Night Club).
3. The Albion Roar
4. The Football Ramble
5. Talk Sport Press Pass with Des Kelly
6. The Whistleblowers with Mark Webster.
7. 5Live 606
8. 5Live Fighting Talk

Normally listened to on the treadmill in the evening.

Tony's Team Talk, is amusing but is getting further and further away from Planet Football.

Plus never forget The Tuesday Club.

Thanks to NSC I'm currently on week 3 of the NHS couch to 5k in 9 weeks.

Keep going with that, its just about getting yourself to actually get up and do it, you will be running 5k by the end if you just stick it out.

Managed it last year for the whole summer then got a back injury/cold not linked to running and only just started again this week as I lost the habit, so stick it out with the lovely Laura.

I've just been listening to this weeks Complete Guide To Everything.

Another good one, very funny.

Thanks for the encouragement. Despite not being a morning person, I get up about 5am twice a week so I can fit this in. The 3rd run is in the gym at the weekend. Happy with the progress so far.

I started again last week and unfortunately have tweaked a something in my foot going a bit too hard, may have to cycle a bit while it calms down. Defiantly need new trainers as well, mine being about 6 years old. Good for you getting up a 5am especially with the dark nights setting in. Stick with it, everyone I know who has done the podcasts has a bad week or two, its all in the mind just get out and drag yourself around, you will feel better for it afterwards.

Laura will get you up at 5, just set your alarm on your phone to play the podcast.

Having vowed to never to another one.

I found Phill and Phil and done a couple of 'Perfect 10's'.

Well worth a listen but a bit rude!

I've had a blinding Podcast day.

Started with The Bugle - easily the best podcast in the world.
Next up The Complete Guide To Everything - The lads are currently on a rich vein of form.
Which makes me wonder, are they with funny or is it just that I 'know' them.
Followed by Frank Skinner - Irrelevant best.
And just finished off with Roar - ... insert own punchline here.

The Tuesday Club is excellent, esp when El Presidente is riled.
Even if you don't like it, you'll need to listen to a podcast after a loss.

Help needed.

Ian Tunes won't update one particular podcast.
I have to go into the Store, and click onto it from there, at which point it downloads into it's podcast section.

Sorry that's probably doesn't make sense.

Ian automatically updates every other podcast, and I've closed and resubscribed this one many times to no avail.
