Plumber type dishwasher help needed

Think the missus took that strainer thing off to clean whilst the cleaning program was going... I think MoH is right, poke her behind the thing to get it sorted. Might try the bi-carb and vinegar first though, cheers.

Whats this cleaning program? I need to have a chat with her....I clean my dishwasher myself (for something that cleans they get awfully gungy) - take all the filters out and flush it through manually (ooh err) but I haven't heard of one of these does it for you jobbies?

Dunno tbh. Think she bought some stuff you stick in there then do a cycle whithout any dishes. Probably suppossed to leave the filters in though, it would seem.

There's a TRAP under my sink? What does it catch? Midgets after my stash of household cleaning products and old sponges? How many you d'ya reckon it's got in there? Blimey. Thought the kitchen was a bit smelly.

Yes in the drain pipe - the bend bit you can remove with the hand grips on it (assuming its a new plastic one). Undo it, clean it out, put it back.
