This place (and our fans in general) do seem to be unfair on him. Barnes gets criticised for his misses, then he passes to set other people up and they miss and he gets criticised because they didn't score. Radio commentators suggested Paynter coming on helped him as much as CMS, but that seems to not be reflected here. At the West Ham game he was being criticised by people around me whenever Sparrow or Dicker made a mistake. It is ridiculous.

Totally agree. If you are referring to my post I was not meaning to criticise him, merely pointing out that I think his confidence is low. If people cannot see what he brings to the team then they must be watching a different game to me.
