regardless, its been 13 years since we were there, 144 teams in the play-offs since then - about time we were there again.

144 teams have had this fun over the last 12 years! 144! Can't wait!

If football isn't about the highs and lows, what is it...

Don't want to put a dampner on things....but no, I'm not excited. How the hell are we in this position? I'm struggling to think of more than two games where we've been really outstanding this season. Some of the football we've played of late has been so Dull, but we've still managed to grind out results. The second division this season is so lacking in quality compared to two years ago. Without belittling Plymouth, any team with half decent resorces could have walked this division. We may be in the play off's, but at the moment the buzz and excitement just isn't there compared to previous seasons. Right, it's Saturday night, I'm off to poop on a party somewhere...

I seem to remember we were hardly setting the world alight when we last reached the play offs. It doesn't really matter how you get there, we deserve it, have been in the top six almost all season and now the excitement really starts....better than coming second...if we go up!!

Bloody good point OG. To be fair I've also stated my concerns at the way we're playing and made unfavourable comparisons with BHA teams of recent seasons but as you say, if the others weren't good enough to get more points than us then we do deserve it.

It's great to see us having made the play offs but can anyone seriously see us gaining promotion? I thought we bordered on dire today. In fact, I've seen nothing to rave about since the first half at home against Plymouth and that was a long while ago now.
