Pitch Watering And Albion Players Slipping Over

Hi Insider

Any idea why the pitch was watered five minutes before kick-off on Saturday? Also why the Albion players go out for games at the Amex wearing studs that appear to be unsuitable for a freshly-watered pitch? (if its to try and gain a tactical advantage then it doesn't seem to be working very well as its normally our players who are doing the slipping)
