Don't think so, the Americans don't actually use the term wank so don't know what it means. The picture came from a genealogy site.

They do now thanks to Mike Myers.

If it's not fake then the stonemason should be shot and peed on. The 'wank' isn't parallel to the rest of the headstone. I'm no artist but even I can tell the perspective is cocked up.
