You can't tinker too much with the team, too many youth players just doesn't work as hinshelwood found out. I propose the following starting line up.

RB hinshelwood
CB Cullip
CB pethick
LB Watson
RM Hart
CM Carpenter
CM piercy
LM Harding
FW Knight
FW Mcphee

Cullip needs somebody who he can tell what to do along side him. Jones and Mayo have been playing to poorly recently to keep their places. Piercy is a stab at tryng to solve the problem of the two central midfielders being pushed back up against the centre halves.

Hammond has done very well at Orient by the sounds of it. Hinshelwood has been fantastic this season. McPhee has been in the first team and is looking very good. What do you expect? Cristiano Ronaldo?

We don't need a revamp. We'll be throwing away something special.

Mc phee and hinshlewood are regular youngsters now and you may notice that they haven't been out on loan this season.
