Photo help

Can somebody please explain how to put a photo here? It asks for a URL? I want to put one on from my pc

Go advanced
Manage Attachments

 

[Art Vs Science]

at the bottom right of the text box, there is a go advanced button

press that then the paper clip which is now above the text box

then a new tab opens......... and at the top right is a "Add Files" button

the rest should be self explanitory
