Taking Hart off was fair enough but we should have gone 4-3-3, putting Robinson up front with Knight and McPhee and switching Piercy to the right side of midfield. McGhee has a reputation of playing 4-4-2 whatever the circumstances, but Pethick for Hart was a Lloyd-esque piece of visionary thinking.

According to the report on the Club's website we played the second half with Hart joing Knight and McPhee in a three-pronged attack!

Total bollocks. So Pethick was up front too when he replaced Hart?

Just to clarify. I was not arguing with taking Harty off - it was his replacement when 3.1 down that was the problem.

Harty hasn't been the same player for at least a season now and I'm fairly sure he won't survive the McGhee cull. Mayo has to be dropped now as well. He is a total liability and has directly caused loads of goals already this season. Mayo normally needs to be dropped for a few games every season and then comes back a much better player.

Anyone know who the rumoured striker we are supposed to be signing this week is?
