Strike, don't listen to the nasty Cheeky Monkey. Pet Shop Boys are an ACE band and still going strong today, just doing different things. Next week they are performing Eisenstein's Battleship Potemkin in Trafalgar Square.

I really liked their 80's and early 90's stuff, but i can't seem to get on with the newer material.

I agree with Knightsworld about some of the recent stuff, although the last single was pretty good, a lot of the stuff since Bilingual hasn't been great.

They were O.K. I delivered a load of electrical stuff to there house in Rye once.(boring fact number169).

Seconded - their early stuff was more mainstream - their new stuff is, well, it has to be said, gay. Early songs were sort of unisex which appealed to all - they now seem to have gone for the gay market.

Discography is a very good collection.

Got to admit, I am starting to not enjoy being Youth MP. I don't go on about being a Youth MP much. I'd rather keep my Youth MP stuff off the board.
