They screwed up on those railings which they have now replaced with glass. Steel or glass it's undesirable.

I'm not. Those seats at the back, to the left, look lower than the rest and the chap seated on the other side has his head level with the wall.

Is that the result of your scientific study?....when I looked at that area from within the ground itself, looking over that wall in person, it looked fine, a partition wall of the correct height,.. but I didn't have my tape measure with me that day....who knows what the reality is eh?!
