People leaving early - AGAIN

Seriously though, the amount of people leaving early yesterday almost left me speachless. I'm glad it didn't leave me speachless, or else I wouldn't have been able to abuse the lame fuckers.

With five minutes of normal time left, and the prospect of several minutes' injury time after Knight's clatter, there were literally hundreds making their way out.

What a bunch of f***ing arseholes.

At Brentford you could understand a few people creeping out before the end: shite performance, long way home etc. You could even make allowances for people sneaking off when England played Macedonia a few weeks back.

Yesterday there was NO EXCUSE. At 1-0 you've always got a chance. What must the players have thought, seeing people leave in their droves. 'f*** them' probably. That's how I would feel.

Why do people do this? You don't leave a film or a concert before the end. To do so is an insult. And that's what it is to the players, an insult.

It wasn't lost on the Stockport fans either, which makes it even more embarrassing.

People knock the players for not giving their all, but by f***ing off early just because you want to catch Pop Idol or get to the Park and Ride two minutes early you're being just as bad.

I defy anyone to reply with a plausible reason for leaving early yesterday.

Ive never left a match early purely because I am tight git and want my moneys worth.

Seriously tho in 20 years of going to Football I realised a while ago that the very nature of the human make up, means that people will always want to be somewhere else, or be the first to get out of the car park, or on the Bus or whatever.

I have always thought that it is more noticeable at Withdean purely because of the large ammounts of people who stream down the track, making it look a lot worse than it actually is.

You are never going to stop it, I just console myself in knowing that I am there for the 94 minutes and one day they will miss a great goal or an exciting comeback, saying that though to these people you can just imagine them going home and really not being that bothered as being on time for tea and pop idol is all that matters !!

He got a bit surreal by all accounts and lost his audience a bit. That alone is enough to justify the "Vegas Fiasco" headlines to the Arsegas's editor. Anything to sell more copies of his wannabe tabloid

Vegas got a woman to suck his nipple, invited the audience on staghe and some bloke threatened to punch him oh and someone objected to him smoking in stage and several people went on stage and lit up think that covers just about most of the antics sounded a right laugh apparently the staff there wererunning about like headless chickens mustve been a sight and he overan by 30 mins!

Getting back OT, it does look a lot worse - if the early leavers were spread over four sides of the ground and had to actually end their watching of the game in order to be first out the car park rather than meandering along the track, the problem wouldn't look so bad.

It's been a pretty tough week, three defeats, zero goals scored, but at the end of the day, if the players walked off five minutes from the end cos they thought the game was up then (apart from being hilarious) it would have everybody up in arms.

I never leave early, and can't understand why people do. When I'm with my brother he insists we leave our seats in the last 5 mins, and watch it by the track.

I have to admit that I did leave Brentford once the fourth goal went in, and that on Saturday I then joined in with the "loyal supporters" chant.
Kind of hypocritical I know, but I've never left Withdean early, and thought that although the performance wasn't up to scratch again it was still an improvement on Tuesday.

Safeway, if people want to leave early, who are you to moan at them? People pay their money, they can do whatever they want (within reason)

If they want to slag off your favourite player, then they will do. If they want to leave early, they can and will do

Perhaps people have to get home for genuine reasons, or perhaps having sat thru 90 mins of absolute shite (I was in Hull saturday so I cant comment on the game) they've just had enough and just want to get away from the ground.......

Doesn't make you more of a supporter if you sit to the bitter end, if people want to go early, that's fine by me, means there is more leg room for me to sprawl out!!

Don't make the mistake of thinking that by staying to the end make someone a "bigger", more "loyal" supporter, because it doesn't
