People ahead of me in the priority for SSC Final tickets

From what I can work out:

Amex STH who were STH at Withdean (1250 points) - 4,000 ish?
Amex 1901ers who weren't STH at Withdean (1030 points) - 1,000 ish?

And then it's me and all the other Amex STH who weren't STH at Withdean (1000 points) - 13,400 ish?

So that means there are roughly 5,000 people ahead of me in the queue, yes?

So, if every single person who is illegible to buy tickets, does, then there will still be 1000 tickets left. Surely not more than half of those people will bother with the SSC Final anyway? So I should be fine.

And if there are only 5,000 people ahead of the new Amex STH's in the queue for away tickets for Pompey, for example, there shouldn't be too much of an issue as a lot of people don't bother with away games. Am I trying to kid myself or do my sums make sense?

I think your numbers are correct, however there are also an awful lot of Junior Seagulls (Gullys Gang, Team Stripes_ who get an extra 50 points, so 1050. However, although these would be ahead of you, hardly any will travel on their own, so these will only jump the queue if they are travelling with a STH who also had a Withers ST. This is the case for one of our kids this year.

For the SSC cup final, as long as you pounce the moment they go on sale to those with 1000 points, you should be fine. Please ignore what I just wrote about the 1050 for Juniors. Although correct, there is not a buying period for 1050 pointers.

For the visit to Fratton Park, I fear you will not have any success. Even if this game happened last year, I beleive all tickets would have been sold on the inital allocation. Ie to gold (STH's), and it won't be any different this year.

As a Withers STH on 1250 points, I am also thinking I might been to be quick off the mark to ensure I get a ticket. I wonder if they will make it 1270 points 1st? This way 1901'ers and those who bought a Gills ticket would be at the front......

Just bought mine, West & East stand Lower only. So much for 1901 priority, they have to give way for STH in the seats in the central areas, I got mine at the northern end of the West Stand, row L.
