From what I can work out:
Amex STH who were STH at Withdean (1250 points) - 4,000 ish?
Amex 1901ers who weren't STH at Withdean (1030 points) - 1,000 ish?
And then it's me and all the other Amex STH who weren't STH at Withdean (1000 points) - 13,400 ish?
So that means there are roughly 5,000 people ahead of me in the queue, yes?
So, if every single person who is illegible to buy tickets, does, then there will still be 1000 tickets left. Surely not more than half of those people will bother with the SSC Final anyway? So I should be fine.
And if there are only 5,000 people ahead of the new Amex STH's in the queue for away tickets for Pompey, for example, there shouldn't be too much of an issue as a lot of people don't bother with away games. Am I trying to kid myself or do my sums make sense?
