No they're not. Only stopping feints when they are at the ball not during the run up. I've never seen anyone feint when they are at the ball so can't see how this will be anything different to how it is already!

In Brazilian football, feints right as the ball Is kicked ase all the rage, some on YouTube are an absolute joke- so this is a good thing.

I think a player should be able to do what they like (obviously within reason) on the approach to the ball. The whole point of trying to 'trick' the keeper, whether it be with your eyes, or by a feint, is part of taking a penalty.

But then I think the keeper should be allowed to move, and jump across their line as much as they like.

I thought as long as they stayed ON their line, they could move as much as they wanted ???

"Feinting in the run-up to take a penalty kick to confuse opponents is permitted," said Fifa's Jerome Valcke.

"However, feinting to kick the ball once the player has completed his run-up is now considered an infringement."

uuummm thats shit! why not just ban feinting in the run-up aswell?!? seems f***ing odd to me!
