PC/Itunes question

Can anyone help me with a PC/Itunes issue....

I have tried to update the apps on my Itunes however I get a message telling me Itunes is out of memory.

Any ideas? I've Checked the PC memory and loads of free space available.

Suggest you reinstall Itunes having uninstalled it first. You have no need to switch it off and back on BTW.

Off topic but when I was putting new songs on iTunes last night it would not let me use the H or C keys. Nothing appeared on screen all though the other keys worked and H and C worked in Word. Very very strange
