When I clicked the outlook button it said "The file c:\ documents and settings\sally\desktop outlook pst could not be found.

Then I sort of followed the yes and no and it asked if I wanted to copy stuff I said as I wanted to cancel. But instead I ghave a new window with new emails but no old ones!

How do I get all her old emails?

I think old files are stored in a file ending in .dbx

But don't quote me on that.

All the sent and recieved emails are no longer listed. Also all her contacts are missing. Can I import it from somewhere....?

there is a pst file on the desktop where or how do I import it...I'm sure you can tell I'm a mac user

run scan.pst
Don't quote me, I had trouble with the same problem at work and vaguely remeber being told to do that.... I may be wrong but it should point you to any pst files that contain archive info.

Again, sorry if it makes no sense at all....
