PC help needed please!

Help! My pc has been invaded by some spyware - looks like" lap.com".
I've tried Ad-ware (sp) and Spybot, both find stuff but don't delete it.
Any ideas please? I'm on Mozilla now but still need to get of this rubbish. Ta.

If you can identify the site that has installed the software, then go to that site and you may be able to uninstall it. It's worth a try, and it worked for me with one particular hijacking software (one that installed a blue bar on IE and renamed itself randomly).

Try downloading and running another spyware removal tool like CWShredder or Highjackthis - use google to locate them. Also, Adaware have a new version out called Adaware SE - much improved apparently
